We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator to join our business. In this role you will be ensuring that our entire entire Sleepmaker product is manufactured to specification, customer requirement within set timeframes.

The responsibilities within this role will include:

• Supervise staff to ensure that product is manufactured to meet customer timeframes and dispatch dates
• Maintaining company quality standards, dealing with quality related complaints and quality related non conformances
• Ensuring that all machinery and equipment is maintained, and that all machine preventative maintenance is up to date
• Ensure that the business is providing a safe and healthy workplace

To be eligible for this role you will have

• Previous experience within manufacturing at a supervisory level
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Solid computer skills, especially within the Microsoft office suite
• Knowledge of related warehouse OH&S standards and policies
• Previous experience within a continuous improvement environment would be highly regarded
