Senior Mine Geologist - $164K - $143K – New year, new job, new bank balance?
Are you motivated team leader looking to develop and mentor a successful team?
Rapidly expanding multinational Gold production needs a self-starter to lead a team of Open Pit and Underground Mine Geologists.
- You will be in charge of production/grade control and manage Exploration in all mining areas.
- Managing and developing the Geology team
- Maximise grade control and minimise dilution through effective geological control
- Oversee all safety systems, policies and procedures
- Implementation of improvement programs to address non compliances including hazard identification, risk assessment and positive behaviour reinforcement
- Potential for future growth – Superintendent/Geology Manager positions a goal?
- Nice mix between field and office tasks
- FIFO Based role with home base options
- Management and Board are proven mine operators and developers at some of the largest, most successful gold mining companies
Excellent opportunity to join a successful operator and build/mentor a strong mining team
You will have 5-8 years minimum experience within mining Geology.
