Sales Manager

To be successful in this role, you will hold an electrical qualification and/or degree and be flexible and mobile – ready to spring into action when our customers need you.
Key areas of focus for this role includes;
- To develop a business plan and strategy for the achievement of sales goals set-out by the organisation
- Channel Portfolio: End Users, Switchboard Builders,Contractors, OEM’s, Wholesalers and Technical Distributors
- Preparation of commercial and technical proposals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales plans and activity reports
- Oversee the implementation of action plans to penetrate existing/ new markets and customers.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain key allocated customers within the region
- Ensure a CRM-Pipeline database is maintained with accurate information critical to achieving targets
Being technically savvy of commercial and technical matters relating to the company's product range, and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics is key to your success in this role. You will be a strategic thinker, and confident in dealing with middle managers through to decision makers. Your ability to identify and close deals is second to none.

The Low Voltage Products division manufactures low-voltage circuit breakers, switches, and control products, wiring accessories, enclosures and cable systems to protect people, installations and electronic equipment from electrical overload. The division further makes KNX systems that integrate and automate a building's electrical installations, ventilation systems, and security and data communication networks.
